Michael Davis FCA FCCA
Michael qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1992 in Oxford before spending five years as a partner in a small London practice.
Michael joined George Hay & Company in 2001 and became a partner in 2002. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
Andrew Fox FCA
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with Slater Chapman & Cooke, where he remained for another seven years as Personal Assistant to one of the partners. He joined Smith & Hutchinson as a partner in 1994 where he remained until the merger of Smith & Hutchinson into George Hay & Company in August 2010 at which time Andrew became a partner in the firm.
Marino Achilleos FCCA

Marino joined George Hay & Company in 2014 and became a partner in 2015. Marino is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants
Marino has expertise in owner managed businesses where his portfolio consists of small family controlled companies to medium controlled groups across a range of sectors. Marino is also involved in audit and non-audit assignments of varying sizes for a spectrum of clients .
In addition, Marino has experience in providing business forecasting projects, financial due diligence, interim management reporting and other ad hoc work and general accounting and taxation advice.
Paul Ventham FCA
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Stanley A. Spofforth & Company in 1971 and subsequently spent eighteen months with Coopers & Lybrand.
Paul joined George Hay & Company in 1972 and became a partner in 1975. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Our philosophy
We are an independent, four partner practice based in Pimlico, London, close to Victoria Station. After more than 70 years in practice we have developed close working relationships with many of our long established clients whilst still looking to develop new business contacts.
We are small enough to deliver a personal service which ensures our clients get the best professional advice at the highest level in a timely and efficient manner. Our clients range from individual sole-traders through to large commercial and manufacturing businesses and firms in the professional sector as well as not-for profit organisations and charities.
We aim to provide our clients with a service tailored to their specific individual needs and also welcome new clients, to whom we give an initial free of charge, no obligation consultation.
